Samantha has worked with epocHRebel on a number of matters, including supporting a TUPE process and advising on a complex grievance. She provided specialist employee relations input, helping to sense-check risk, shape the approach, and support confident, proportionate decision-making throughout. Samantha worked closely with the epocHRebel team and client leaders, complementing existing support with additional ER expertise where required.

Hi, I’m Erica. I am an HR professional with over 20 years of experience working across a wide range of sectors and industries. A true HR generalist, I specialise in the operational side of HR, helping organisations streamline processes and implement practical procedures that reduce unnecessary red tape. Known for my efficiency and strong organisational skills, I bring a pragmatic, people-focused approach to supporting businesses - skills that are well-honed both professionally and at home with three children and two cats!
My aim is to simplify HR operations so you can spend less time on administration and more time focused on your organisation’s strategic goals.
Lilly – tail-wagger in chief, head of cuddles
Lilly is Laura’s dog, always by her side, often in her lap, usually snoring under the desk. She will appear on calls at a moment’s notice and keeps the balance between work and life.
